Updated rating forms for the revised version of the Housing Enabler in Danish!

Here are the rating forms for the person and environmental components. In addition there is a rating form for the Housing Enabler Screening tool.

Rating forms for the new revised version of Housing Enabler

In the new revised version of Housing Enabler there are four rating forms, one concering Housing standard, one concering functional limitations and dependence on mobility devices and one concerning environmental barriers. In addition there is a rating form for the new Housing Enabler Screening tool.

A demo version of the software is available here. To download the demo version, click on the link above or the icon to the left. Unpack the file with WinZip, and then doubleclick on Setup.exe. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the demo version.
